We are in search of dynamic individuals with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in both English and Kannada to become part of our client's Inbound Customer Service team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and requests related to our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Work during rotational day shifts (8 am to 9 pm), totaling 9 hours each day.
- Follow a 6-day working schedule with rotating weekly offs.

**Additional Benefits**:

- Alternatively, a joining bonus of 5000 INR will be included in the first month's salary.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduates from any field are welcome to apply.
- Age criteria: 18 - 29 years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
