**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Responsible for ensuring that all customers’ inquiries are handled on timely manner.
- Directly deals with customers face-to-face, or by telephone, handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.
- Receive freeze and unblocking stocks requests and follow up the process till done.
- Handle clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departments.
- Provide back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s and Master’ degree in any field.

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Securities Broking Firm/ Stock Trading Firm.

**Required skills**:

- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Related Experience in Brokerage/Financial sector is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
