**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to new leads and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Clearly explain our services, photography packages, and offers to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, take bookings, and manage schedules.
- Perform accurate **data entry** and maintain records on Google Sheets and company CRM software.
- Follow up with clients consistently to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.
- Collect client feedback and work towards improving customer experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell services and packages to existing clients.
- Assist in building long-term client loyalty and repeat business.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate / 12th pass with strong communication skills.
- **Experience**: Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred (Photography/Media industry experience is a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi/Kannada.
- Confident in handling client objections and closing sales.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage CRM tools efficiently.
- **Attitude**: Positive, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach.
