**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promote brand** and product features to potential customers in Reliance retail stores
- **Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets** through direct customer interaction and persuasion
- **Demonstrate product usage** through sampling/tasting (for food & beverages), and explain benefits
- **Manage point-of-sale displays**, maintain proper stock levels, and ensure planogram compliance
- **Collect customer feedback**, market and competition insights to report back to the sales team
- **Coordinate with store staff** **and manager**to secure optimal product placement
- **Support during promotional events**, festivals, and product launches
- **Submit daily activity reports**, including footfalls (potential customers attended to versus number of customers converted versus total footfall of the outlet for the day), conversions, and inventory updates
- **Report attendance with daily**login and logout time from inside store premises
- **Ensure the products are brought out from the back room to the store category area for proper product visibility**:

- **Coordinate with the store/department manager to generate the indent** for the brand products

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduate preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or customer-facing roles (freshers can also apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language + basic English/Hindi/Marathi)
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident in dealing with customers
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to travel within assigned retail territories
- Should be properly groomed during duty hours
- Should have a good presentable style

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of Point Of Sales display techniques
- Experience with sampling/demonstration-based sales
- Basic data entry/reporting via mobile or manual forms
- Regional language fluency is a plus

**Compensation & Benefits**:

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
