Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in customers and promote products to drive sales.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales/marketing team.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional schemes, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Assist in merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store hygiene.
  • Support in executing promotional campaigns, in-store activities, and product sampling.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience: 02 years in retail sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated to achieve sales goals.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
