**What you’ll be doing**
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of the inquiries.
- Providing overall great customer experience
- Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner

- Customer Satisfaction
- Handling quires within the TAT
- Ensuring the TAT is not breached
- Client Retention
- Putting New offers and announcement on social media
