Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in the US shift. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by effectively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the expansion of our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market.

2. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their educational needs and challenges.

3. Present our edtech solutions and services in a compelling manner.

4. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify decision-makers.

5. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

8. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting, preferably in the US market.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to articulate the value proposition of our edtech products effectively.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Willingness to work in the US shift timing.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
