**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Support**:

- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, emotional, and social challenges.
- Help students set and achieve personal, academic, and career goals.
- Offer guidance on time management, study habits, and stress reduction strategies.
- **Crisis Intervention**:

- Respond promptly to urgent issues, including mental health crises, bullying, or significant personal challenges.
- Collaborate with school administration to implement intervention strategies.
- **Assessment and Planning**:

- Evaluate students' strengths, needs, and challenges through interviews, assessments, and observation.
- Develop and implement tailored action plans to support individual student development.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with parents, teachers, and school leadership to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.
- Provide referrals to external professionals or services when specialized assistance is required.
- **Workshops and Programs**:

- Organize workshops on topics such as career planning, mental health awareness, conflict resolution, and self-esteem building.
- Design and implement programs to promote an inclusive and positive school culture.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and interventions.
- Prepare reports for school administrators and ensure compliance with relevant policies and laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
