Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Paid Internship or Full-time | Experience - 0.6 months to 3 years What You’ll Do: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals, challenges, and motivations. Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to guide students through their decision-making process. Take full ownership of the sales pipeline — from lead generation to closing, including proactive cold calling . Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking. Present, promote, and sell educational programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful follow-ups that lead to enrollments . What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in Ed Tech sales or inside sales, ideally in a B2 C education-focused environment. Comfortable with cold calling , target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Self-starter mindset with a passion for education and helping others grow.
