**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide initial consultations to prospective students about study options abroad based on their academic interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Advise on various overseas programs, universities, and courses available across different countries (e.g., the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Assist in understanding student needs and provide personalized advice.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Assist with preparing required documents (e.g., Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, CVs).
- Guide students in selecting the best-fit institutions based on their academic performance, interests, and financial situation.
- **Visa and Immigration Support**:

- Ensure students are informed about the visa requirements of their destination countries.
- Assist students with pre-departure formalities and help them prepare for their stay abroad.
- **Scholarship and Financial Guidance**:

- Inform students about available scholarships, financial aid, and funding options.
- **Follow-up and Feedback**:

- Collect feedback from students about the services provided, ensuring continuous improvement in the counseling process.
- **Networking and Relationship Building**:

- Build relationships with educational institutions and partners to stay updated on the latest courses, scholarships, and admission guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students, current students, and alumni for continued support.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in preparing and updating marketing materials, brochures, and presentations related to study abroad opportunities.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in counseling or in an educational advisory role, preferably in the study abroad industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of overseas education systems, visa processes, and admission requirements.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
