_**Sales Responsibilities**_
- **Convert Leads** - Actively engage with potential clients and convert them into paying customers through effective communication and negotiation.
- **Manage Leads** - Organize and prioritize leads, ensuring each is nurtured and followed up within a timely manner.
- **Respond to Queries** - Address all client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products or services.
- **Maintain Lead Records** - Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all leads, client interactions, and sales progress in a centralized system or sheet.
- **Lead Quality Check** - Evaluate the quality of incoming leads to focus efforts on high-potential prospects.
- **Follow-Up Activities** - Regularly follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
- **Achieve Sales Targets** - Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- **Provide Feedback** - Share insights from client interactions to help improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
- **Generate Referrals** - Encourage satisfied clients to refer new leads, enhancing the overall client base.
- **Report Performance** - Provide regular sales performance updates and feedback to management for review and strategy adjustments

- **Ideal Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,242.29 - ₹28,840.26 per month
