EMS Admin L2

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

EMS Admin L2 - AUTOMATION
- Solid Linux background with Centos / Ubuntu with good understanding on various subsystems (memory, storage, network etc.)
- Experience and good exposure to orchestration tools such as Ansible, Chef, Terraform and OpenFaas.
- Strong scripting skills using bash and one scripting language such as Go.
- Exposure to CI/CD platforms and tools like GitLab etc.
- Experience in basic networking, tunnelling, load balancing and security best practices
- Good understanding of SQL, migration of data and exposure to basic administration of MySQL
- Understanding of networking, replication principles, and Operating Systems
- Expertise in using package managers like Helm for Kubernetes deployments.
- A passion for problem solving, automation and for building cloud architectures.
- Good knowledge in Monitoring and Alerting and related tools like Prometheus, LOKI, Thanos, Jaeger etc.
- Exposure to data analytic and visualization tools such as Grafana.
- Experience in Logging infrastructures like ELK.
- Exposure to LifeRay portal will be an add-on.
- Automating end-to-end workflows
- Maintenance and performance optimization
- Documenting workflows and providing evidence for audit reporting
- Demonstrable knowledge of containers, cloud technologies, and agile/scrum activities
