**Corporate Governance Compliance**: Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance guidelines. This includes keeping up to date with changes in regulations and advising the board on compliance matters.
- **Legal Compliance and Risk Management**: Identify legal and regulatory risks that could affect the company and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and advising management on legal matters.
- **Company Secretarial Duties**: Handle all company secretarial duties, such as maintaining statutory registers, filing statutory returns, and ensuring compliance with company law requirements. This also includes ensuring that the company's constitution and governance documents are up to date.
- **Corporate Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of company meetings, resolutions, and other corporate documents. This may involve creating and maintaining a document management system to ensure easy access to important corporate records.
- **Corporate Strategy and Planning**: Provide input into the company's strategic planning process, particularly in areas related to corporate governance and compliance. This may involve advising the board on governance best practices and assisting with the development of corporate policies and procedures.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and other external parties. This may involve representing the company at external events and meetings and responding to inquiries from stakeholders.
- **Training and Development**: Keep abreast of developments in corporate governance and compliance and provide training and guidance to other members of the organization as needed. This may involve conducting training sessions or workshops on corporate governance topics.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Promote and uphold ethical conduct within the organization, ensuring that all employees are aware of and adhere to the company's code of conduct and ethical standards.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
