ROLE: Associate Principal - SAP

ROLE DESCRIPTION- IBP Lead Demand is responsible for Designing and helping build successful implementations of SAP IBP in customer organizations.- Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams to help grow the Services Business around IBP in line with Organizational strategy and goals.Mentoring Junior IBP Team members within the Organization.Drive Assist with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP.No of Implementations should be At least Two End to End IBP implementations not including Rollouts Mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- Qualification Graduate in Engineering, Post Graduate MBA,MTech, MS in Operations Management SCM preferred. Mandatory 10 Plus years of Supply Chain Planning Experience with at least 3 years in SAP IBP.Desirable Experience in SAP APO or other Planning solutions would be an added advantage.- Process KnowledgeDeep Process understanding of end to end Supply Chain planning familiarity expertise with SCOR model is preferred technology agnostic. Expertise in atleast two industries eg, CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc.- Technical Expertise Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP IBP with expertise in IBP for Demand module. Deep knowledge and experience in end-to-end IBP implementation projects in Process and Discrete industries. Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams. Ability to conduct User Acceptance testing and Business user training sessions.-
- Value Creation Ability to devise and lead Go To Market strategies for IBP to assist Sales and Alliance teams in expanding Bristlecones IBP footprint globally.Build Assets and Accelerators to reduce the overall cost to serve.

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars eg Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change, and Alternative Thinking
