ROLE SAP SD Principal Associate ROLE DESCRIPTION The SD Principal Associate is a critical role related to implementation of process and technology solutions related to diagnosis, analysis and transformation of the Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution functions in a project. The following are key responsibilities Should be capable of handling projects independently and a small team if required. Must have worked on end to end implementations Roll Out projects. Must be able to work with teams across Globe and time zones. Support Pre-Sales activities by providing expected solutions, developing POC, Customer presentations etc in addition to normal project work. Must have worked in segments like Automotive, Life sciences, Hi Tech, Manufacturing etc. Mentoring Junior SD Team members within the Organization and helping the delivery organisation at times. Drive with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP. Able to adopt quickly to changing environment and develop new skills. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE At least 3 years of domain experience and 10 plus years of SAP experience. At least 3 end to end implementations. Must have worked on roll out as well as support projects. SAP certification would be an added advantage. Must have process knowledge of sales and distribution. Logistics and shipment process in detail. Ability to gather requirement correctly and suggest possible solutions keeping in view the business process, related benefits, and existing pain points. Must have worked on customs RICEFW objects to address business needs. Ability to write functional specifications, test scripts etc. Expertise in at-least 2 industries e.g. CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc. Must have worked on at least 2 end to end S4HANA implementation/conversion project. Must have knowledge of S4 functionalities like BP, AATP BOP etc. Knowledge of Activate methodology and any other client specific methodology. Good level of understanding of all modules of SAP and integration points with MM, FICO, PP, PS modules. Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex customizations. Must have worked on cutover tasks. Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written. Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment. Ready to take additional responsibilities and walk the extra mile.
