Responsibilities Position Title Senior Consultant - Data Analytics Data SME for Information Services IS Position Location Pune Work Hours 1 30 PM - 10 30 PM Role Description Principal is hiring a Senior Consultant - Data Analytics Data Subject Mater Expert for Information Services IS Business Unit BU to mature the Data Analytics practice for the global Enterprise IT landscape This role requires deep expertise in Engineering aspects of data management analytics and business intelligence with a strong understanding of how data supports IT operations and decision-making Joining location Pune Primary Responsibilities Key Focus areas Data Analytics Engineering related to Enterprise IT Key Responsibilities Act as the global point of contact for data-related inquiries within the Information Services team Partner with IS BU stakeholders to assess and provide recommendations for various data use cases Develop and maintain data dictionaries metadata repositories and data lineage documentation Support data governance initiatives including data quality assessments and remediation plans Provide subject matter expertise in data schema modelling data warehousing and ETL processes Partner with data engineers analysts and IT teams to design and implement scalable data products Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote data literacy maturity across the organization Stay current with industry trends tools and best practices in data management and analytics Perform assessments related to technology standards and value frameworks as part of ongoing Governance Design and implement reliable and efficient data-pipelines and analytic solutions Develop and own the IS Data Foundation playbooks and frameworks standards patterns sample codes integrations tooling repos knowledge bases etc Integrate data from a variety of systems into refined data products available to the rest of the enterprise and Data Consumers Collaborate concurrently with multiple delivery teams in various stages of the Data Product lifecycle Partner with global Enterprise Architecture Enterprise Data Analytics team to keep progressing the maturity of the Data practices Partner with AI teams for data presentation to AI systems Required Years of Experience 10 - 15 years Required Educational Qualification Graduate - Bachelor s degree Engineering Must have Certifications related to Data technologies like Snowflake Data360 databases or data warehouse technologies Good to have AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate Certification Training on Informatica etc Required Technical Skills candidate profile Must have Worked in large Enterprise setup with matrix reporting Expert knowledge of Snowflake Data360 data features of AWS Power BI QuickSight SQL Python GitHub Experience in building enterprise data architecture including data lakes data warehouses integrations for data ingestion and real-time data pipelines Experience of DataOps practices for continuous delivery of data solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good to have Knowledge of Agile methodologies Knowledge of Information Services Information Technology tooling licensing landscape related data touchpoints financials like chargeback showback billing allocations Competencies Stakeholder management Build strong Partnership Get results Act Strategically Lead Cultivate Talent Qualifications Must have Certifications related to Data technologies like Snowflake Data360 databases or data warehouse technologies Good to have AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate Certification Training on Informatica etc Required Technical Skills candidate profile Must have Worked in large Enterprise setup with matrix reporting Expert knowledge of Snowflake Data360 data features of AWS Power BI QuickSight SQL Python GitHub Experience in building enterprise data architecture including data lakes data warehouses integrations for data ingestion and real-time data pipelines Experience of DataOps practices for continuous delivery of data solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good to have Knowledge of Agile methodologies Knowledge of Information Services Information Technology tooling licensing landscape related data touchpoints financials like chargeback showback billing allocations
