**Position Summary**

The **Advanced Supply Chain Tools Mentor [Level 1]** will design and deliver a course focused on advanced supply chain management tools and practices. This position is ideal for professionals with in-depth knowledge of tools like **SAP SCM**, **Oracle Supply Chain Management**, **Kinaxis RapidResponse**, or similar platforms. The course will be hosted on **YouTube**, and revenue will be shared with the mentor based on the first year’s total income generated by the course. The position requires a **2-hour daily commitment** for content creation and student engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- **Tool Demonstration**: Provide in-depth training on software like **SAP SCM**, **Oracle SCM Cloud**, **Blue Yonder**, or other relevant platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Record high-quality video tutorials that are clear, engaging, and professional.
- **Industry Trends**: Incorporate the latest trends and innovations in supply chain management into the course content.
- **Student Engagement**: Interact with students by addressing their queries and providing feedback on their progress.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the Mastering Up team to promote the course effectively.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Expertise in Supply Chain Management**: Extensive knowledge of advanced supply chain concepts, workflows, and technologies.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with industry-standard supply chain tools like **SAP SCM**, **Kinaxis RapidResponse**, **Blue Yonder**, or equivalent platforms.
- **Teaching Ability**: Proven experience in training or mentoring professionals or students in supply chain management.
- **Time Commitment**: Ability to dedicate **2 hours daily** to content creation and student engagement.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong ability to explain complex tools and concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Degree in **Supply Chain Management**, **Operations Research**, **Logistics**, or a related field.
- **Professional Experience**: Experience working in supply chain roles, with a focus on technology and process optimization.
- **Certifications**: Certifications in tools like **SAP Certified Application Associate**, **APICS CPIM**, **CSCP**, or equivalent.
- **E-Learning Experience**: Familiarity with online teaching, video content creation, and delivering virtual training.
- **Advanced Knowledge**: Experience with AI-driven supply chain solutions, demand forecasting, or digital twin technology.
