**Sales**

**Summary**

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales department in the day-to-day management and operation of Sales. They will support with the administration of Sales related activities to maximize Return on Investment and their contribution will lead to the overall success of Sales through their research, sales activity and utilization of Synergy’s CRM.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Identify new opportunities through thorough research of untapped opportunities, growth sectors and emerging markets
- Aid in the creation of engaging presentations of sales proposals and strategic plans, incorporating market research and analysis
- Deliver product information, promotional updates, competitor analysis and pricing details to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain and update the CRM, SalesForce ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management systems
- Coordinate and facilitate client tours by preparing agendas ensuring a seamless experience
- Assist in the planning and execution of client engagement activities and industry events
- Consolidate and analyze weekly action summaries, providing managers with comprehensive updates and insights.
- Generate and distribute sales tracking reports, comparing actual sales figures against projections to evaluate performance
- Efficiently manage calendars and schedule internal/external meetings, organizing team offsite meetings when required
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
- Utilise BI for client reporting and analysis

**Supply Chain**

**Summary**

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support the Supply Chain department in the day-to-day management and operations of Supply Chain. This includes aparthotels, serviced apartments, or corporate housing supplier relationship management, assisting with pricing requests, RFP’s (Request for Proposals) onboarding and training new aparthotels, serviced apartments or corporate housing suppliers, conducting aparthotels, serviced apartments or corporate housing site visits as necessary, maintaining and updating the aparthotels, serviced apartments or corporate housing supplier database, and assisting with service issues. This position will analyze existing reporting, assist to prepare new reporting, participate in projects determined by Supply Chain.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain approved aparthotels, serviced apartments, or corporate housing, ensuring all suppliers have a current Due Diligence Form and SLA on file.
- Train and onboard suppliers on SynergySmart tool
- Assist to consolidate supplier scorecard report for use in benchmarking suppliers
- Assist to coordinate client tours with suppliers
- Assist Supply Chain team to produce and publish quarterly and annual business reviews for strategic partners
- Stay abreast of market trends that could impact the company’s ability to effectively manage inventory
- Participate in projects determined by Supply Chain
- Support the Supply Chain team by assisting in the RFQ/RFP process
- Ensure all supplier records in Sourcing Platform are up to date, hold the correct information, areas of coverage and supply chain compliance documentation

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficient in Excel including functions and lookups
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent comprehension of Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to build rapport and maintain working relationships while being a firm negotiator
- Solves a variety of problems involving several concrete variables in standard situations.
