Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Frontend performer with expertise in Accounts / supply chain function, Basic Excel, Communication & Presentation skill to join our dynamic SCT team. As Branch accountant, you will play a pivotal role in accounts and supply chain activities, your responsibilities will include collaborating with the head office/Inter branch members & interaction and responsive in branch operations
- Responsibilities: E-way bill & HUB invoicingInventory accounting - Finished goods/Spare/POP itemsDispatch & receipt operation with terminal scanner gunMIS accounts / Payments of contractual vendors / cash handling / Banking workCoordinating with transport & stakeholder for GST/Accounts quarries 5S / Housekeeping / Manpower handling / Statutory compliance / Trade license / Visiting labor office & GST / Municipal office / assessment branch interaction with ext. auditors Space management at warehouse as per layout design to co-ordinate with dispatch teamCash management WH & Service divisionKaizen & continuous improvements in branch warehouse Cycle count of FG/Spare/Promotional items every month
- Requirements: Any graduate with 2-5 years of impressive experience in accounts & supply chain felidExtensive knowledge in Excel & communication skillLanguages to know English, Hindi, Kannada etc.
