**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as an AI User specializing in creating captivating social media creatives and videos. As an AI User, you will leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to design and produce engaging visual content for our company's social media platforms. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and effectively conveying our messages to our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop visually appealing and innovative social media creatives, including graphics, animations, infographics, and short videos, that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

**Video Production**: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short videos for various social media platforms, showcasing products, services, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.

**AI Integration**: Utilize AI tools and software to enhance and automate certain aspects of content creation, such as video editing, image manipulation, and data visualization.

**Storyboarding**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and visual concepts that effectively communicate ideas and messages.

**Platform Optimization**: Adapt content to suit different social media platforms and their respective requirements, ensuring optimal engagement and visibility.

**Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, design, and video production to create content that resonates with current online audiences.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand campaign goals and objectives, and translate them into compelling visual content.

**Feedback Incorporation**: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and supervisors to refine and improve content quality.

**Performance Tracking**: Monitor the performance of social media creatives and videos using relevant analytics tools, and use insights to optimize future content.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: [X] years of experience in social media content creation, graphic design, and video production.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of social media creatives and videos.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and AI-powered tools.
- **Creative Eye**: Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and color.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to evolving social media trends, algorithms, and technologies.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Innovation**: Enthusiasm for exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions in creative workflows.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia Arts) or equivalent practical experience.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
