Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Sr. Associate Voice in the Health Care Insurance | Insurance Voice and Blended process. As a Sr. Associate Voice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in the healthcare insurance industry. You will handle customer inquiries and provide support through both voice and chat channels.

Location: Magarpatta, Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance-related queries, claims, and policy details.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers through voice and chat channels, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Follow predefined processes and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team performance targets.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance domain, is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 customer service operations.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with chat and voice support platforms.

**Salary**: Up to 4.5 LPA

Shifts: Rotational

Cab Facility: Both sides

**Salary**: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
