**Job Description**:

- Strategy Development: Analyze the organization's goals, target audience, and market trends to develop digital communication strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify key messages, positioning, and branding elements specific to digital channels.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth. Monitor social media platforms, engage with users, respond to comments and messages, and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Online Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and reviews about the organization or brand. Implement strategies to manage and improve the organization's online reputation, including addressing negative feedback and promoting positive customer experiences.
- Analytics and Measurement: Use web analytics tools to track and analyze digital communication performance. Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and social media metrics. Use data insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, design, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of digital communication efforts. Collaborate on content creation, campaign planning, and digital projects.
- Emerging Trends and Technologies: Stay updated on digital communication trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and strategies that can enhance the organization's digital communication efforts.
