We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communication Strategist to join our team. As a Communication Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective communication strategies across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies for social media content and design to engage our audience and promote our services effectively.
- Design compelling website messages and ensure an optimal user experience to attract and retain customers.
- Provide marketing tips and branding guidance to strengthen our brand identity and reputation.
- Plan and execute promotions to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop cross-selling and up-selling strategies to maximize revenue.
- Utilize content writing skills to create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels.
- Develop sales strategies in alignment with marketing initiatives to drive conversion and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities to reach our target audience effectively.
- Cultivate relationships with celebrities and influencers for collaborations and marketing initiatives.
- Create and leverage PR promotions to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Communication Strategist or similar role in the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design and website development tools.
- Ability to write compelling and persuasive content for marketing materials.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and working collaboratively with sales teams.
