**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and track performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth and engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry professionals to amplify our brand message.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
