**About the Company**:
Impetus Consulting Associates Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing organization providing Virtual Patient Relationship Management (VPRM) services. Leveraging advanced technologies like AI and CRM tools such as Infinis, we connect patients and healthcare providers across multiple channels.
We are seeking for a TPA Executive who will be responsible for handling and coordinating all Third-Party Administrator (TPA) activities at the front desk. This includes managing billing, admission, and discharge processes for insured patients with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and patient satisfaction. Acting as the primary point of contact for insured patients and their families, the TPA Executive will ensure smooth communication with insurance providers and timely processing of all TPA-related documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**A. Billing**:
- Generate and process patient bills (OPD/IPD/Cashless).
- Coordinate with medical and nursing teams for accurate billing inputs.
- Manage daily cash and reconcile receipts at the end of the shift.
- Handle discounts and approvals as per hospital policies.
- Ensure correct codes and charges are entered for services provided.
**B. TPA Coordination**:
- Verify and process TPA-related documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for pre-authorizations and approvals.
- Track and follow up on insurance claims and patient entitlements.
- Maintain TPA files and ensure accurate documentation.
- Liaise between patient, TPA representative, and hospital departments.
**C. Front Desk Operations**:
- Greet patients and assist with registration and admission.
- Answer phone calls and route queries to the concerned department.
- Provide clear information on billing and TPA-related queries.
- Maintain records, forms, and relevant software data entry.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Experience: 1-3 years in hospital billing/TPA/front office operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospital billing software (e.g., MedMantra, Insta, etc.)
- Understanding of TPA/Insurance processes in healthcare
- Strong attention to detail and customer handling.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
