Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive - Logistics

responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods,

coordinating transportation activities, managing inventory, and supporting all aspects of

supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely and

cost-effective transportation and distribution of goods.
- Coordinate with transportation vendors, warehouses, and supply chain teams to

ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the inventory control process, ensuring adequate stock levels and accuracy

of records.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolve any logistics-related issues or delays, and

ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain and update logistics schedules, ensuring alignment with business demands

and operational priorities.
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports, including inventory levels, transportation

costs, and delivery performance.
- Manage documentation and records related to shipments, including invoices, bills of

lading, and customs documents.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the logistics process and reduce costs

while improving service levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all logistics

activities.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues related to deliveries and logistics

operations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and

products.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and other vendors to ensure

high-quality services.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the logistics department’s budget.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,

or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in logistics or supply chain management, with

a focus on operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, and

inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics

management software (e.g., SAP, TMS).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in logistics, including transportation laws and

safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international logistics.
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and optimization tools.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
