We are looking for an experienced and result driven **IT Executive.**

**Industry: Jewellery**

The IT Executive for the jewelry industry is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the information technology infrastructure within the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that technology systems are reliable, secure, and support the business needs efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's computer networks and servers.
- Ensure network security, firewalls, and data protection measures are in place.
- Troubleshoot network and hardware issues as they arise.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Ensure the backup and recovery of critical data to prevent data loss.
- Manage databases, including customer information, product catalogs, and sales records.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive customer and business data.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber security threats and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Manage equipment procurement and ensure their proper functionality.
- Collaborate with technology vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure smooth operation and support.
- Assist in the development and management of the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure the organization complies with relevant industry regulations and data protection laws.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
- Train employees on using IT systems and tools effectively.
- Knowledge of - Fortinet firewall, Server 2012 (File Server), CCTV monitoring, IP based phone, jewelry company based software installation & configuration.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- Proven experience in IT management and support, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong knowledge of jewelry industry-specific software and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cyber security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in relevant IT fields may be beneficial.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
