**We are hiring our clients. They are for a prominent Contract Builder** **in Chennai.**

**Position for we are Hiring in - **AGM-Procurement

**Location **:Nungambakkam, Chennai.

**Graduate **:BE Mech/Civil

**Experience **:12+ Years in Building material industry & construction and ideally interiors.

Willingness to travel (short trips) for attending Project Meetings / handling in Project site issues & Client Meeting.

**Skills**:

- Computer Knowledge : Word, Excel, PPT, Autocadd

**Role'S & Responsibilities**
- At-least 12+ years of procurement experience in construction and ideally interiors
- Should have capacity of vendor sourcing across civil and interior trades
- Should have civil knowledge
- Must have good negotiation skill
- Must have Two wheeler or 4 wheeler
- Knowledge of Tamil, English and Hindi fluency
- Should ensure team member and vendor happiness and discipline

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- 12+ Yrs in Building industry & construction and interiors: 10 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
