**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil or BE Civil
- Computer Knowledge : Word, Excel, PPT, Autocadd
- Atleast 20 years of procurement experience in construction and ideally interiors
- Should have capacity of vendor sourcing across civil and interior trades Should have civil knowledge
- Must have good negotiation skill
- Must have Two wheeler or 4 wheeler
- Knowledge of Tamil, English and Hindi fluency
- Should ensure team member and vendor happiness and discipline

**Immediate Joiners are preferred**

**Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai**
