**Job Summary**:
The AGM - Civil Projects will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects. The role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, cost control, and timely project completion. The AGM acts as a liaison between management, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end civil project activities from concept to commissioning.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are executed as per drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, statutory, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Approve vendor bills, BOQs, change orders, and material requisitions.
- Report project updates and KPIs to senior management regularly.
- Lead on-site project teams and ensure high standards of work.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement best practices in project management and civil engineering.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Project Management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of contracts, tendering, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., RERA, local bylaws).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
