**Job Summary**:
We are looking for AGM Retail Administration to take charge the responsibilities of 200+ Showrooms which is located in TN / KL / KA / AP / TS.
**Base Work Location**: Tirupur
**Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare budget plan on showroom administrative expenses from project stage to regular maintenance and execute it as per management guidelines.
- Responsible for approval of entire showroom Administration expenses.
- Create and implement showroom administration policies and Standard Operating Procedures to improve operations and functions of the department.
- Responsible for Showroom vendor management, AMC and Maintenance activities like Electrical, HVAC, UPS, Genset, Shutter work, Carpenters, Civil, Plumbing, Security Contracts etc.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Age: Between 36 to 46 Years.
- Relevant Work experience of 10 to 15 years as an Administrator preferably in Retail Industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
