**Description**:
1. Develop WestBridge Capital’s employee citizenship/volunteering program by matching key interest areas and skills sets of employees with cause areas and effective impact opportunities available in local communities/with effective non-profits.

2. Work closely with non-profit partners and all vendors to build curated, effective volunteering opportunities and ensure end to end implementation of such opportunities.

3. Help to source, assess, evaluate and conduct due diligence on all potential non-profit partners for volunteering and matching grants opportunities.

4. Provide analytical and advisory support on CSR and philanthropic grant giving to portfolio companies and entrepreneurs.

5. Prepare legal and due-diligence documentation required by operations teams for programme
- related implementation.

6. Represent the firm in all discussions with partners and vendors for volunteering and matching grants.

7. Ensure close collaboration with global teams on programmatic and financial due diligence.

8. Reporting of project progress and employee engagement metrics to senior management.

9. Drive and contribute to communication initiatives, as required, (including website updates, internal newsletters, monthly mailers) through the development and curation of programme success stories and case studies.

10. Monitor philanthropic grant giving projects and identify progress against established outcome and impact metrics.

11. Prepare regulatory reports at the end of the financial year as may be required.
