**About the Position**:
CSRBOX is looking for dedicated and talented Research Associates to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad, Pune, and Delhi. As a Research Associate, you will be an integral part of our research and strategy development efforts in the field of corporate social responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in identification of potential strategy areas, developing proposals and undertaking meaningful research to support policymaking.
- Support secondary research for research projects and project implementation.
- Support/Lead outreach activities such as preparing discussion papers, brochures, writing online posts, etc. and organizing roundtables, workshops and other types of events.
- Participating actively in and contributing to the overall development of the organization
- Conduct extensive research on CSR initiatives, sustainability projects, and social impact programs.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including government reports, corporate disclosures, and NGO publications.
- Assist in the preparation of research reports, whitepapers, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to CSR and sustainability.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate research findings.
- Contribute to the development of CSRBOX's research methodologies and tools.

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:

- A post-graduate degree with a focus on Social Work, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field with a strong research and analytical foundation.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, and project implementation is preferred.
- Proficiency in using MS-Office Suite and advanced skills in MS-Excel for handling and analyzing data.
- Knowledge of tools such as Survey CTO, SPSS, R, Python, or Tableau will be considered a strong advantage.
- An understanding of the development sector, CSR, and social impact.
- Enthusiasm and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
