JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

**Job brief**
- Customer Relationship Executive responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
- To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

v **Responsibilities**
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to assist.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
- Identify and develop problem-solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
- Meeting with potential clients to gauge the utility and viability of prospective working relationships.
- Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization.

v **Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
