Position Summary - This position will provide administrative support to all Centers of Excellence in HR

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Total Rewards
- Approve employee reimbursement related tasks in Workday
- Process payroll and other benefits related files
- Learning & Development
- Project-manage large scale event logistics for HR and Learning teams
- Manage compulsory new hire onboarding training
- Manage annual Learning compliance calendar
- Upload & maintain course content in our LMS (Learning management system)
- Talent Acquisition
- General HR
- Raise purchase orders, provide monthly accruals to Accounting, and ensure timely and correct payment of HR invoices
- Gather data from stakeholders and provide required support for compliance and audits
- Prepare various reports (i.e. usage metrics) that are required in the HR function
- Assume other duties as assigned especially as back up in absence of other team members
- Be part of global projects and process automation testing

Skills/Profile Must Have
- Computer Literacy -Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Excel - Intermediate to Advance level
- Demonstrate professional conduct, use of discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Good organizational and communication skills, eye for detail, methodical, ability to prioritize and use sound judgement, systematic thought processes
- Process improvement, Ability to Prioritize, Organizational skills, Interpersonal skills, Verbal and Written communication, Auditing, and Analytical skills
- Team player
- Ability to work flexible hours

Education and/or Relevant Experience
- 1 year of experience in a Human Resource Shared Services
- Any graduate
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications such as Word, Power Point
- Experience of working in Workday and in global environment is an added advantage
