**Job Description**:
A packing tackler oversees the packaging process in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Responsibilities typically include coordinating packing activities, ensuring products are packed according to specifications, monitoring inventory levels of packing materials, monitoring the stocks and maintaining documents related to packing. training and supervising packing staff, maintaining quality standards, and resolving any issues that arise during packing operations. They may also be responsible for scheduling and ensuring efficient workflow to meet production targets. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for this role.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fair communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with production equipment and software (MS OFFICE, SAP).
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
