Ø Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities

Ø Allocation, Supervision & Handling manpower (women & men) for assembly line

Ø Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products.

Ø Observes packaging operations to verify conformance to specifications.

Ø Ensure operational practices are followed to control inventories

Ø Optimize operational efficiencies to support the production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping operations.

Ø To ensure & control the packaging activities

Ø Ensure Cost effective packing material consumptions

Ø Preparation & review of the packaging related activities.

Ø Coordinating with QC for validation and in-process checks and approvals

Ø Scheduling Labeling.

Ø Checking availability of packing label materials.

Ø Operating the batch code machine, filling machine.

Ø Supervising for packing and packing labelling on time.

Ø Oversee and manage day-to-day quality control activities to ensure adherence to established standards.

Ø Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of production to identify defects and deviations.

Ø Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems.

Ø Monitor and analyze key quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Ø Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Ø Lead investigations into product or process non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Ø Manage customer feedback and complaints related to quality, ensuring timely resolution and implementing corrective actions.

Ø Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.

Ø Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, collaborating with relevant departments.

Ø Implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring quality issues.

**Desired Profile**
- B.E in Mechanical or Any Engineering Field.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in Assembly Line Incharge. Experienced in Packing & Dispatch, Container loading with knowledge in QC& QA
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and quality management systems
