**In this role,**we** are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/ ERP experience/AS400/Multiview/SAP.**

**Responsibilities**

**Manual Indexing, Invoice processing, basis the input received from supplier**

**Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention**

**Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance,**planning** and execution of assigned processes.**

**Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements**

**Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline**established** by the management on their daily operational activities**

**Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices handled as per the guidelines**

**Qualifications we**seek** in you**

**Minimum**Q**ualifications** / Skills**

**Graduate in Commerce (**B.Com**)**

**Relevant work experience on Accounts payable transactional activities**

**Strong English language skills (verbal and written)**

**Preferred**Q**ualifications**/ Skills**

**Experience in Accounts Payable tasks & delivery, Reconciliations**

**Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders**

**Ability to handle and work independently on**AP** Transactional process’s**

**Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is**necessary** to have.**
