- Accounts Payable_
- In this role, you will be responsible to work as a P2P processor across all AP sub-activities_
- Responsibilities:_
- _Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions_
- _Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc._
- _Release the invoices for Payment timely and accurately_
- _Ensure that all pay run gets completed as agreed with the customer_
- _Able to think through how to reduce helpdesk queries and help in process improvements_
- _Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities_
- _Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Minimum bachelor's degree - B. Com_
- _Experience in Accounts Payable domain_
- _ERP (SAP) Knowledge is mandate_
- _Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change._
- _A strong team player who believes in ‘winning as a team’_
- _Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls_
- _Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written_
- _Experience in ERP (SAP), AP Workflow tools and T&E workflow tools_
- _Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency and hard working_
- _Must be willing to work in US shift (6PM- 3AM IST)_
- _Strong domain experience in P2P_
