- Responsibilities_
- Good understanding of the various AP related processes (Invoice Processing, VMD, Payments) including but not limited to the following:_
- _Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order (FI), eInvoices as per the established process_
- _Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports._
- _Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries._
- _Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos, issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments._
- _Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts._
- _Report sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _University graduate in any discipline preferred BCOM._
- _Experience in AP preferably in Consumer industry._
- _Must have sound knowledge of English._
- _Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP._
- _Understanding of entire Source to Pay process is a plus._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Excellent time management and planning skills_
- _Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities._
- _Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals._
- _Knowledge of Audit and compliance._
- _RTR knowledge._
