Sales and Marketing Executive

Dakshina Foundation is a Hindu religious, non-profit human service organisation headquartered in Coimbatore. The Foundation conducts “**LIFE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMS**” integrating the essence of ancient Hindu wisdom and nuances of life, through which one can attune themselves with the cosmic law.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive with 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, you will be a key member of our sales and marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to promote our products, expand our customer base and achieve revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**

1) Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competition.

2) Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.

**Sales Strategy**

1) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

2) Identify and establish new sales channels and distribution networks.

3) Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met.

**Marketing Campaigns**

1) Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products.

2) Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and advertisements.

3) Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

**Customer Relationship Management**

1) Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

2) Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

**Product Launch and Promotion**

1) Coordinate the launch of new products, including pricing and promotional strategies.

2) Develop and implement product promotion plans to increase brand visibility.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**

1) Prepare regular sales reports and analysis for management.

2) Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.

**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

**Experience **:4-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG industry

**Mandatory : Should have a Two Wheeler & License**

**Skills**
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour and competition in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing and sales software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
