**Position: Sales & Marketing Executive**

**Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Salary: 2 LPA + Incentives**

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients within the Coimbatore region to expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in various industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and more.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Sales and Customer Management**:

- Drive sales by effectively presenting the company's gas products and services to clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific gas-related demands.
- Provide accurate product information and technical specifications to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to create brand awareness and promote the company's gas products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase the company's offerings and engage with potential clients.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports and performance analysis to evaluate progress toward targets and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development within the gas industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and own transportation for client visits.
- Willingness to travel as required within Coimbatore region.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
