Sales & Marketing Executive

We're in search of a skilled Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives that drive our company's success. You'll orchestrate inventive campaigns and promotional events, aligning with trends and customer preferences.
Your objective is to engage the market, nurturing customer interest in our offerings in ways that fortify our reputation and fuel our continuous expansion.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize and formulate streamlined and user-friendly marketing strategies.
- Execute market research and analysis to assess trends, brand recognition, and competitor ventures.
- Initiate and oversee surveys to gauge customer needs and loyalty.
- Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials like brochures, press releases, and website content.
- Cultivate relationships with media vendors and publishers, fostering collaboration for promotional endeavors.
- Track campaign progress using diverse metrics and provide performance reports.
- Collaborate with managers to establish budgets and monitor expenditures.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven track record as a marketing executive or in a similar role.
- Solid grasp of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Thorough understanding of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated creativity and business acumen.
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, or a relevant discipline.
A Marketing Executive roles:
- Marketing strategy: Developing marketing strategies, designing plans, and coordinating with media representatives
- Market research: Researching rival products and market trends to identify opportunities
- Sales strategy: Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Client relations: Maintaining client relations and answering client queries
- Sales data: Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
- Sales performance reports: Creating and presenting sales performance reports
- Social media marketing: Using social media to communicate with customers, create content, and build brand awareness
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
