Shift Timings: 2pm - 11pm

Working Days: 5 days a week (Sat Sun fixed off)

We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are looking for a Product Manager that can enhance and deliver our Supply Chain Technology Product Studio’s functional and technical roadmap in India.

Position Summary

**Main Responsibilities**

Manage end to end recruitments.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions for every vacancies.
- Well researched with recent talent acquisition trends.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies, hiring plans and promote low cost sourcing channels.
- Attend career fairs and other events to build Company’s network.
- Prior experience in hiring IT/Software recruitments, specially on Niche Skills: Dot net Software Developer,.Net full stack developer, QA Automation Engineer, Python/Django Developer - Fullstack, Front End Developer, Manhattan WMOS Consultant etc.
- Vendor Management.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/annual reports, create dashboards for key talent acquisition metrics.
- Liaison with the departments/HR Operations/Finance/IT Team to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires, joining dates and respective inputs.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- At least 3+ years of strong work experience as a US IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Prior experience in technical hiring i.e. IT and Software roles is a must.
- Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment and consistently meet hiring deadlines
- Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost effective Recruitment Plan
- Strong understanding of the Indian Start-ups and Talent availability
- Excellent hirings skills from social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster etc).
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A zeal to learn & grow

**Salary**: ₹19,633.79 - ₹50,976.81 per month
