Position : Sr. Recruiter / Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition
Reporting to: Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Environment: Hybrid
**Responsibilities**:
- Using Low cost traditional & non-traditional sourcing channels
- Stakeholder Management & Relationship building
- SLA Driven & Strong understanding of process & internal guidelines
- Interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput, etc
- Take initiative and ownership to drive assignments to closure
- Handle and maintain confidential information
Key Requirements:
- Willing to work as an Individual Contributor
- Experience on hiring for roles like HRBP, F&PA, Digital Transformation etc
- Strong sourcing experience across multiple channels
- Bachelor's Degree in related field 2 - 4 years of experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹11,605.12 - ₹41,012.69 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Gurugram - 122003, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- IT Recruiting: 2 years (required)
- Bolean searching: 3 years (required)
- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
