**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing multiple India entities from a statutory perspective and corporate controllership perspective
- Responsible for the data entry relating to customer invoices, merchant bills, receipt of payments, expenses entries.
- Help in the processes related to tax payments, statutory filings, Special Economic Zone, GST and other obligatory filings as may be applicable
- Help & coordinate processes for the preparation of Corporation Tax, GST returns and Statutory Financial Statements
- Support the Statutory Audit process and ensure timely and accurate preparation of audit deliverables
- Promote strong business partnerships and manage service levels with third-party service providers
- Produce error-free accounting reports.
- Make sure all invoices are timely booked & vendor reconciliations are performed.
- Knowledge of MS Office, office management software, Accounting Softwares like Quickbooks, Tally, Oracle 12i ERP, Zoho books, etc.

**Education And Qualifications**
- Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- 3-5 years of relevant industry PQE with a large, fast-growing, multi-national company. An audit background is a plus.
- Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel/Numbers
- Ability to work independently, to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once
- Excellent planning, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail yet should also not lose focus on the big picture
- Organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- **Key skills: Should be proficient in Quick/Zoho books, preparation of MIS REPORTS, BUDGETS, Microsoft Excel, Effective communication skills etc.**_
