**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our team at Owleto Technologies Pvt Ltd. The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information to CEO, COO & Director Board.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Preparation of tax returns and financial audits.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Providing financial strategies.
- Creation and updation of various SOP’s related to several workflows in the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Add-on course completions are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software’s and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
