Duties and responsibilities
- oversees the development and operations of the finance departments in the company
- reviews new financial policies and budgets in the organisation
- creates and analyses financial monthly or annual reports to senior managers
- supervises the preparation of the account reconciliation
- assists with the company's cash flow forecasting
- monitors and enforces compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
- mediates between employees, shareholders, investors and organisations on the company's financial issues
- develops investment strategies to increase the company's working capital for the expansion of the business
- creates business plans based on the financial forecasts and the analysis of the company's status
- prepares the company's financial report and monitors accounting records

Qualification and skills
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze financial data and create financial models.
- Skills in financial planning and strategy, including the ability to develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting, including the ability to create and manage budgets and forecast future financial performance.
- Graduate in commerce.
- 3-4 yrs of experience as finance or accounts executive
- Good at tally and excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly communicate financial information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
