**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Provide insights into financial trends and variances.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze budget performance.
- **Accounting and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors as needed.
- **Strategic Financial Planning**:

- Contribute to the development of financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities.
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to optimize financial arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess financial risks.
- Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Mandatory 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Additional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,921.14 - ₹32,656.97 per month
