**Position**

**Sr.Executive**

**Reporting To**

MARKETING HEAD

Setting targets for executives.

Should have managed outbound sales process.

Set the performance culture, driven by numbers.

Monitor team’s performance on a continuous basis.
Measuring the performance of executives, giving on job training, Offering guidance and feedback.
Finding ways to motivate Business Executives.
Being responsible for performance management (e.g. setting objectives and reviewing KPIs).
Identifying areas of underperformance.
Creating performance improvement plans.
Conducting internal reviews.
Ensuring clear communication across the call centre.

**Education & Experience**

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, should know Ms-excel very well.

**Location**

Hyderabad

**Remuneration**

Rs.15000 to 25000 CTC

**Languages**

English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi
